In this supportive setting, you’ll learn simple yet effective breathwork techniques to calm the mind, process emotions, and connect more deeply with yourself and others. No prior experience needed—just an open mind and a willingness to breathe. Mats provided, but feel free to bring your own. Please be sure to wear comfortable clothing. You may also bring an eye mask and anything that brings you comfort such as a favorite blanket or stuffed animal. See you soon!
