Psychic Self-Defense is the seventh and final module (Module 7) of the course "Mastering Your Energy." Module 7 incorporates all of the previous Modules and discusses the culmination of uniting Science and Spirituality to effectively protect yourself from psychic attacks. The Module will discuss both intentional and unintentional attacks that can happen every day, and it will share a series of techniques, items, prayers, and other tools to strength your own energy defenses. The energetic interference we experience from purposeful attacks as well as from negative thoughts lowers our own vibrations, and restoring our high vibration state is critical to maintaining balance.
